In an effort to build the community of chess players in the Toowoomba region, EDwoodUCATION has branched out and started a new endeavour under the name Carter’s Chess.
Carter’s Chess offers opportunities to play socially and competitively, receive quality coaching, raise awareness of important social issues through chess and celebrate the magnificent game in many different ways. Ted offers chess coaching for people who have limited or no sight. With special boards and pieces designed for the blind and visually impaired, Ted’s offers coaching that is patient, encouraging and inspiring.
