The BIG SCREEN Holiday Program is designed to offer fun, engaging and skill-building activities that keep the participants smiling, active and learning through the school holidays.
The BIG SCREEN Holiday Program features:
* Stop-frame animation workshops where students make their own movies to be viewed on the Big Screen at The Strand
* Fun tennis skills and drills with Mr B (qualified tennis coach with 20+ years of tennis coaching experience)
* Mega-multi-sport activities (t-ball, soccer, touch football, round-robin activities for athletic skills development)
* Art projects, including leather work, to enhance creative thinking
* Robotics with Bee-Bot challenges, Sphero programming and LEGO EV3, to enhance technical thinking
* Boardgames to enhance strategic thinking
* Crazy Science experiments to enhance inquisitive thinking
* LEGO construction challenges to enhance collaborative thinking
